Hugo Public School Statement

Hugo High School and Hugo Middle School were placed under a hard lockdown today due to a concern in the surrounding area. The lockdown was implemented as a precaution to ensure the safety of our students and staff. 
Law enforcement has given the all clear, and both schools are now safe and have resumed normal operations. We appreciate the prompt response of law enforcement and the cooperation of our students and staff. The safety of our students and employees remains our highest priority,
